Terms & Conditions
By using, browsing and/or accessing the pages or services in the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these T&C’s, please do not use the Site. You also agree to provide us with your consent to receive any required notices (if any). You acknowledge that these T&C’s contain disclaimers and other provisions that limit the Suppliers or the T&Cs Entities’ liability to you. You further agree that you will not use the Site for any unlawful purpose. In the event that you do not wish to be bound by these T&C’s, please do not use browse or access the Site.
All orders are accepted and handled in accordance with the conditions below and the customer accepts these conditions by using the Site.
All orders are shipped by the next day; Sunday - Friday 8 am - 2 pm
We use our Drivers and trucks to deliver our orders.
If a tracking # is provided to your order, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Period of Dispatch
When your order is placed on our website (not later than 5 pm), we begin preparing your order at 12 am the same day. Your order is then ready and is dispatched to you from 7 am and will be received by 3 pm.
*PLEASE NOTE that the duration of the delivery can take up to 8 hours.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be noticed by your shipping cost, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information.
What Information Do We Collect?
We only collect information that we need which is related to your order. This includes your:
Credit Card Information
In addition, we also collect information on your IP address, browser type, and Refer URL data. We use this data to prevent hacking attempts, help us know what web browsers people are using, and find out where our visitors are coming from so that we can improve our marketing.
How Is My Information Used?
Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE.
Security and Storage
Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data are stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted to a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data.
Cookies and Browser Information
Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognise you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information.
Orders must be collected from the dispatch area of “Vinuage Bakery” at 22 De Havilland Rd, Mordialloc. It is your responsibility to collect your order from “Vinuage Bakery” by yourself at the time of placing your order. Customers will NOT be able to change their mind and order details.
Your satisfaction is our primary concern. If you receive a damaged item, you need to notify the driver and return it to your Customer Service Representative (driver) during delivery. you must contact us Immediately (till 3 pm the same day) Via Phone Or Email firstname.lastname@example.org
We can provide a refund or credit your account, you’ll be given the option to spend credits on future orders as you check out. No Refund on the delivery fee - only on the damaged product.
